Say the real number
We quote landed cost, not a headline price that grows at the port. If something will cost more, you hear it from us first.

We have spent a decade making Japanese vehicle imports straightforward for people who do not want to become experts in auction grades, freight terms and customs schedules.
The business began because importing a car used to mean choosing between two bad options: pay a broker who would not show you the auction sheet, or navigate a foreign auction system yourself and hope the vehicle matched the photographs.
We built the alternative we wanted as buyers. Every vehicle we source comes with its original auction documentation and a translation. Every quote is a landed cost, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. And because our workshop, clearing team and parts division all sit under one roof, there is never a point where a problem becomes somebody else's department.
Ten years on, that has grown into a team of eighteen and more than 1,200 vehicles delivered — but the way we work has not changed. We would still rather talk you out of the wrong car than sell you one.
Started as a two-person operation importing a handful of vehicles a year for friends and family.
Opened our own yard and workshop, bringing pre-delivery inspection in-house rather than subcontracting it.
Launched the spare parts business after too many customers struggled to source components for their imports.
Brought customs clearing and registration in-house, cutting typical delivery time by nearly three weeks.
A team of eighteen across sourcing, logistics, workshop and parts — with the same direct approach.
We quote landed cost, not a headline price that grows at the port. If something will cost more, you hear it from us first.
Every vehicle comes with its auction sheet and our own photographs. We would rather lose a sale than talk around a Grade 3.5.
One named contact per purchase, on WhatsApp, from first enquiry through to your first service. No call-centre queue.
Every vehicle is checked against its original Japanese auction sheet before we bid. You receive a translated copy with your invoice.
Auction price, freight, insurance, duty, clearing and registration quoted as a single figure. No surprise charges at the port.
Customs clearance, inspection, duty payment, number plates and logbook transfer are all handled in-house by our team.
We stock and source OEM and quality aftermarket parts for everything we sell, so servicing your import never becomes a hunt.
Fluids, brakes, suspension, tyres and every electrical system are checked and rectified in our workshop before handover.
A named contact for your purchase, reachable on WhatsApp — from the day you enquire through to your first service.
I imported a Prado through US Automobile and the whole process took eleven weeks door to door. They sent photos at every stage and the landed cost matched their original quote almost exactly.
My Vezel arrived in better condition than I expected from the photos. They also sorted the registration for me, which I had been dreading.
We have bought four Hiace vans from them over two years. Straightforward pricing and they always find the spare parts we need quickly.
You are welcome to visit, inspect any vehicle in stock and talk through an import with the team who will actually handle it. No appointment necessary during opening hours.
