By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms do not affect any separate written contract you sign with us for a specific purchase or import.
Listings and pricing
We take care to describe every vehicle and part accurately, and each vehicle listing is based on its original auction documentation. Even so, listings are provided for information and do not constitute a binding offer. Availability, specification and price can change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors in a listing at any time before a sale is concluded.
Where a price is shown as a landed cost, it is an estimate based on prevailing freight rates, duty schedules and exchange rates. Material changes to any of those may change the final figure, and we will tell you before proceeding if that happens.
Enquiries, requests and reservations
Submitting an enquiry, vehicle request or reservation through this site does not create a contract of sale and does not oblige either party to proceed. A reservation holds a vehicle for the period we confirm in writing. Deposits and their refundability are governed by the written agreement for that specific transaction.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. We may suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully or abusively.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Do not scrape, republish or resell our listings or content without written permission.
- Do not use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, layout and code — belongs to US Automobile and Spare Parts Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating a purchase, but not for any commercial purpose.
Third-party services
This site embeds services provided by others, including maps and analytics. Their use of any data they collect is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
Limitation of liability
