Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and the content of any enquiry, vehicle request or spare part request you submit — including photographs you upload when selling a vehicle.
- Account information. If you create an account, we store your profile details, saved vehicles and submission history so we can show them back to you.
- Technical information. Your IP address and basic analytics about how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated and IP addresses are anonymised.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To source, import, register and deliver a vehicle or part you have requested.
- To operate your account and keep your saved vehicles in sync.
- To send you new-arrival emails — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe from any of them.
- To meet our legal obligations around customs, registration and tax records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to complete what you have asked us to do: shipping and freight agents, customs brokers, registration authorities, and the service providers that run our website infrastructure, database and email delivery. Each is bound to use your data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for three years so we can reference previous conversations. Transaction records connected to an import are retained for as long as the applicable tax and customs law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and its associated data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email NEXT_PUBLIC_EMAIL and we will respond within 30 days.
