You approve each stage before we move to the next. No vehicle is bid on, shipped or cleared without your sign-off.
Tell us the make, model, grade and budget. We shortlist matching vehicles from live auction listings and our own stock in Japan, with photos and translated auction sheets for each.
Once you approve a vehicle and a maximum bid, we bid on your behalf at USS, TAA, HAA and the other major houses. You pay only after we win.
The vehicle moves from the auction yard to port, is loaded RoRo or into a container, and sails with full marine insurance. You receive the bill of lading and a live vessel tracking link.
We lodge the entry, pay duty and taxes on your behalf and handle inspection. Our clearing team manages the port process end to end.
Number plates, logbook and transfer of ownership into your name. You receive the complete document pack.
Full pre-delivery inspection in our workshop, a professional valet, then collection from our yard or delivery to your door.
We quote one number that covers everything below. If a cost is not on this list, you will not be asked to pay it.

Importing generates a lot of paperwork. You get all of it — organised, translated where needed, and handed over as a complete pack.

Eight to twelve weeks door to door is typical. Sourcing and winning at auction usually takes one to two weeks, ocean freight four to six weeks depending on the route and sailing schedule, and customs clearance plus registration a further two to three weeks.
We give you a projected date at the point of purchase and update it if a sailing changes.
